Every year we participate in the annual salary survey conducted by Mercer to ensure that we are giving our employees the most deserving package. 3. Recognition Programme

●  The Employee Excellence Award is for individuals who demonstrate consistent delivery of business objectives with excellence & “accelerating” spirit along with positive behaviors in line with BAT leadership capabilities. Those individuals have to be nominated by their colleagues on the ground that the colleagues appreciate their inspirational attitude and positive impact. The award winners will receive a 3 day 2 night family trip to a domestic destination, a Trophy, Yearly “Hall of Fame” picture & story on display at reception area for a year, and a Commendation Letter from the General Manager. 

●  The STAR reward is to recognize employees with exceptional performance & contribution – through both monetary and non-monetary terms. This reward has a flexible scheme that allows line manager to give immediate recognition to further motivate the outstanding achievements above and beyond the call of duty.

●  The Long Service Recognition Program is to recognize people who stay loyal to BAT. Employees who reach their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and above years of service at the time of the award will receive Gold Coins and Certificates as recognition honors from BAT during company function.


4. CARE Programme

The CARE program offers non-cash gifts to all employees on their birthday, new born baby, wedding as well as when they are hospitalized. Especially, female are also entitled to a non-cash gift on International Women’s Day (March 8th).


5. Medical Insurance Support 

All BAT employees are entitled to a generous medical scheme for themselves and for their family members. The medical insurance scheme covers one dependent for non-managers and covers up to three dependents for managers. Dependents are identified as parents, spouse and children.  


6. Fitness Facility Benefit 

All BAT employees have free Health Club membership at Intercontinental Hotel, which has annual value of US $2000. They could have unlimited usage of the gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam from 6a.m to 9p.m daily on the basis of first come, first served.
